If cancelled up to 21 days prior to the date of arrival, deposit is refundable in full. If cancelled 8-20 days prior to the date of arrival, deposit is nonrefundable (i.e 30% cancellation fee). In case booking is modified less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival, during stay or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
