Naxos is the largest of the Cyclades islands and, definitely, one of the most beautiful Greek islands! It has high mountains, fertile valleys, lush green gorges, stunning seascapes, and traditional villages perched high on mountain tops, where the inhabitants still wear their traditional dress and live off the fruits of the land. Naxos is also home to beautiful old churches, monasteries, and Venetian castles coexisting harmoniously with the Cycladic architecture.
The island has a large number of beaches, such as those at Agia Anna, Agios Georgios, Agios Prokopios, Alyko, Kastraki, Mikri Vigla, Plaka, most of which are relatively near the capital named Naxos Town or Chora (a name often used to designate the capitals on the Aegean islands). A few of these are organized but due to the island’s size, most are not, providing many places of seclusion. The Cycladic islands are generally windy places perfect for windsurfing and kite-surfing, Naxos is having a considerable landmass, offers waters of all varieties for sea and beach activities.

The villa was built in 2015 by the sea and it is a part of two exclusive villas complex that aims at the unique relaxing stay on the island of Naxos. Families who seek an absolutely safe environment, couples who are looking for a romantic accommodation experience, and friends who need a great place to relax are the visitors of Naxos island to who the villa is created!
The villa is located just in front of the beach of Plaka. This is a fully organized beach in Naxos just a 15-minute drive from the main town of Naxos, Chora. Keep in mind that the villa is just 10 km from the port of Naxos and just 6 km south of the airport.

The above rate is to 6 Persons for the villa and 12 persons for the Estate. For each extra person, €30 charge applies up to max capacity.
Rates include all applicable taxes, private swimming pool, cleaning/housekeeping, dedicated concierge person, free WiFi, daily shopping every other day with one day notice, excluding last two days, exclusive use of sunbeds & umbrellas on the beach.
Daily breakfast basket: 15€ per person/day.
40% at the time of booking. The remaining amount is paid 45 days prior to the arrival date. In case of cancellation 60 or more days before expected arrival date, there is no cancellation fee. In case of cancellation within 60 days or less, 40% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged to your credit card as cancellation fee.
45 days prior arrival nonrefundable 100% cancellation fees of the total amount of the booking. In case of non-show or early departure the total stay cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
A security deposit of 700€ as insurance in case damages are incurred during a guest’s stay and will be refundable at the time of the check out.
