The living room with a flat cable TV screen has an adjoining dining area with a fully equipped Italian-style wooden kitchen. Fluffy internal couches for relaxing moments. Two amazing and minimal spacious bathrooms with a shower cabin each, made from local marble, and the furniture color is made from white depositary. The veranda is facing panoramically the sea and the pool area by having straight access to them, surrounding by nature. All rentals include a central air-conditioning system and fans.

50%of the total reservation cost is charged to the provided via bank transfer 20 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Remaining balance to be paid one week before arrival date. In case of cancellation 20 days prior to arrival no cancellation fees will be applied
In case of cancellation within 16 day, 50% of total amount is applied as cancellation fees. In case of cancellation 3 days prior to arrival, no-show, departure prior scheduled date and arrival later than confirmed date, the 100% of total amount of reservation is applied as cancellation fees.
